Please read the following details about our return and exchange policy:

1. Size Confirmation: Each product description includes a size chart or specifies the available sizes. It is your responsibility to review the measurements and ensure the correct size before making your purchase. We do not accept returns for items purchased in the wrong size.

2. Returns & Exchanges: All sales are final. Items once sold cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a defect with the product. We carefully inspect all items before they are dispatched, so the likelihood of receiving a defective item is extremely low.

3. Sale Items: Please note that items purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged and unwashed . Item should be free from make up, stains, pet hairs or odour .

All return and request should be made within 24hours of receipt of the order . We will not proceed any requests that fall beyond this 24 hours. Any items that do not meet these guidelines will be returned to you.

Please note that You will be required to pay for the shipping of your return.
